Costa Rica is a longstanding favourite honeymoon destination. This small country has so much to offer – a tropical paradise with beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife, adventure, wonderful beaches, turquoise seas and a great selection of places to stay in. Not only that Costa Rica is very environmentally aware. Many of their hotels and resorts are run on a sustainable basis, employing local people and following a strict code of practice. We were more than happy to write a short piece for Patchwork, a global platform that lets friends and family collectively fund all sorts of unique gifts and experiences including honeymoons.
